EMDR
EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) is a specialized trauma therapy designed to reprocess the past so it stops holding you back from who you really are. It helps to desensitize negative emotions and thoughts associated with traumatic experiences. It is ideal for anyone that seems to get stuck in the same patterns time and time again, someone who has experienced trauma, or someone who feels fragmented. To learn more, visit the EMDR International Association.

Somatic Experiencing
Somatic experiencing (SE) is a body-based therapy created to resolve traumatic experiences through body awareness and experiencing emotions or feelings that were unable to be felt at the time of the event. It helps to find resolution to past experiences that may still cause angst and pain. It is ideal for someone that has experienced a traumatic event, experienced chronic pain or illness, or someone who would like to gain more awareness of their emotions. To learn more, visit Somatic Experiencing International.

Emotionally Focused Therapy
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a therapy based in attachment theory. Attachment theory is a theory that teaches us about how we may form relationships as adults. EFT helps to identify what patterns couples or families may get stuck in, how to better meet the needs of ourselves and our loved ones, and how to repair conflicts in order to use them to be closer together. It is ideal for couples or families experiencing conflict. To learn more, visit Emotionally Focused Therapy.

Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy uses the tools of yoga to promote health and well-being physically, mentally, and spiritually. Yoga and meditation have profound effects on our health and yoga therapy brings all the best principles of yoga to the forefront. It is ideal for anyone wanting to better themselves, get more connected to their body, or seek some connection to spirituality. To learn more, visit the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
